The History of Our Church and Its Renovations
Bistro l'Angélique was born from a dream: to create a warm, flavourful culinary space while breathing new life into a historic church, a heritage building that shaped the former settlement of Dover, now part of Memramcook, and located a few minutes from Dieppe and Moncton.
Our Culinary Vision
At Bistro l'Angélique, we offer our guests a multisensory experience, placing the discovery of plant-based ingredients at the heart of the plate, while also offering meat and seafood options, and of course, vegetarian and vegan choices.
Our cuisine draws inspiration from New Brunswick's bounty, local producers, and seasonal fruits and vegetables, which is why our menu evolves with what the season has to offer. Every dish is crafted to be flavourful, indulgent, and to showcase the very best of plant-based ingredients.

At Bistro l'Angélique, we believe the best dishes begin with quality ingredients, grown, raised, or caught right here in our region. We believe deeply in the power of terroir, and work with several local partners to offer dishes that are fresh, flavourful, responsible, and environmentally respectful.
By supporting local producers, revitalizing a heritage building, and creating a gathering place, we hope to contribute to the vitality of our community.
Reservation
Walk-ins are welcomed, though we recommend making a reservation on our busier weekend evenings.
If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, please call us so we can offer the table to another guest.
